Remember that you don't have to have an FH-1 to get a reduced-level carrier.
Just rig up a switch and a 25550 Ohm resistor across the remote keypad jack
on the back of the radio.  Close the switch, and you get half-power output
for tune-up.  The resistor value sounds odd, but it's a standard 1% value.
