Here's a tip that works IF you're only using the band-data plug to control an 
amp (i.e ground and the relay/transistor line):

The standard 5-pin din has the correct pin spacing you need, and the 2 lines 
you use for your amp are included within the 5 pins.  No need to find a 262 
degree 8 pin plug.
