In MY FT1000MP:  Q1019 base 1 kOhm (R1077) parallel with 1SS270 (D1002)
Diode series and Capasitor 0.22uF (C1129) to GND

My MKV: capasitor value is same 0.22 uF(C1018) but diode is BAS315
(D1002) and resistor (R1015) is 47 kOhm 

Can someone look what are values in Field circuit in RF unit
