Does the 1000MP/MkV line offer a menu parameter for CW-waveform rise-time
adjustment (as do the products of at least one competitor)?

As a side comment, is interesting that we all seemed to be blissfully
unaware of this whole key-click situation until we started using receivers
with "brick-wall" DSP IF filters which allow discrimination between the main
keyed signal and the keying artefacts.
