[1000mp] 1000MP Clarifier Problem

This is a standard problem -- typically more in one direction than the 
other and speed sensitive.  It's a mechanical encoder of some sort, 
according to Yaesu.  Probably a bear to get at, but simple to fix once 
you're there.  Why not call Yaesu for the part?
