[1000mp] 15 meters

Folks,
  I have seen this mentioned before, but never saw an outcome on it.

  While my MP works very well on all bands, I notice that
when I switch to 15 meters, everything gets quieter. Signals still
come up very strong and I can work most anyone I hear.
I am just curious why this occurs. I know other people have noticed
this same thing.
  I use the same type of antenna on 20 thru 10...quad...and I am certain
it is not an antenna difference.
  Ideas???
