I have a yaesu microphone (happends to be the model 200)  and the up/down 
buttons set the radio to scan up or down...

Are these up/down buttons programable?  I dont want it to scan, just adjust 
the frequency I am listened to to be tuned.

Is this possible??? or are we stuck in 'scan mode' only...
