[1000mp] MKV NB impct to RX DR

I made some measurements on MKV Noise Blanker impact to receiver dynamic
range. Keeping NB off at setting b10/a10 or 'higher' will decrease your
receiver dynamic range badly for signals closer than 15kHz from what you are
trying to receive. IMD DR degradation is more than 10dB in worse case. So if
you want to maximize the RX dynamic range, keep either NB always on OR off
but NB setting 'lower' than b10/a10.

Hopefully Tom will come soon with a mod...
