[1000mp] Sticky relay?

I have a 1 month old Mark V already I notice the problem. Can't determine
how often yet but so obvious when it happens...maybe every 20-30 operations.
A simple touch of the PTT brings it back. It doesn't matter which band.

With the other known problems with the radio I am now second guessing my
decision.
