[1000mp] Checking and Setting the Frequency of the FT1000MP REF oscillator

I have placed some notes on how to measure and adjust the REF Oscillator
frequency of the FT1000MP on my web site www.k0to.us  .
The measurement and adjusting is done using software that is freeware. It
requires a computer with a soundcard and a Windows operating system.
