Brian,
I have FH-1s on my Mk-V and my MP, and haven't had any problems.  I only
have used ID and CH1 setup with "N6WS" and "5NN TU".  But, it does look like
the problem you are having is a common problem judging by the responses you
are receiving.

I just bought an FH-1 keypad that I intended to use as a contest keyer, and
when I try to use it as such on my MkV, the CW memories seem to overwrite
each other. I can't get it to work reliably. Has anyone else seen this
problem? Is it a bad FH-1 or a bad MkV? (Yes, I have set the menu option to
"keyer".)
