[1000mp] 15 M problem

Does the problem show up on both RCVE and XMIT?

Or just XMIT?

Is this an older MP?

Some of the older MPs benefited from improving the internal
grounding. 15m was the band this seemed to occur on most.
But such a problem was noticed only on XMIT, not RCVE. 

If your friend's problem is on BOTH ... I don't think doing the
grounding modification will help. Instead you might have them
check and see if the same problem occurs on both ANT A
and ANT B ... that might help to isolate the problem there.
