[1000mp] MKV CW Receive problem

I have some sort of problem that behaves like the filter offsets are wrong.
I have the standard Yaesu 2.4K filters, and the 500H 2nd IF filter. Plus
the two INRAD 1.8K filters. On CW the radio is set to the 1.8K filters in
NOR and adds the 500H filter in NAR1.

Here's the set up and symptoms:

#1

CW USB, Generator signal at 21.010MHz, RX set to 21.010MHz, Filter NOR.
Tuning indicator right in the middle (ie carrier offset / audio tone is
correct). S meter is S9. Now I press NAR1. Signal drops to S1. I have to
tune to 21.0103 to get back to S9. Problem is signal should not have
dropped when pressing NAR1.

#2

CW LSB, Generator signal at 21.010MHz, RX set to 21.010MHz, Filter NOR.
Tuning indicator right in the middle (ie carrier offset/audio tone is
correct). S meter is S1. Problem is it should be S9.I have to tune to
21.0103 to get S9. Funnily enough now at 21.0103 when I press NAR1 the
signal stays at S9.

My conclusion is that the center freq for CW/LSB is 21.0104 and for CW/USB
is 21.0103. What this means is at 21.0103 I get S9 in NOR or NAR1 and
CW/USB or CW/LSB. However as the actual signal generator is set to 21.010
the audio tone in CW/USB is about 300Hz too high and in CW/USB is 300Hz to low.

I don't use CW too much so I'm not sure if this is an original fault,
occurred when I installed the INRAD filters, or developed over time.

Any thoughts??
