[1000mp] Help on Carrier Point Offset Adjustments

Hello to all,
I have a Yaesu FT-1000 MP.
I believe the frequency read out on both LSB an USB is slightly off.
I base this comment from having to repeatedly adjust the tuning from Cluster
spots.

Checking the Carrier Point Offset section 8-9 in the Menu Programming
section I found all the offsets set for 0.
I adjusted the settings for Rx-LSB to +.200 and Rx-USB to +.250. How these
frequencies were determined was to tune onto a station using the Cluster
spotted frequency. Then adjust the Rx LSB and Rx USB Carrier setting until
the station sounded good to me.

Question now, what to do with the Tx-LSB and Tx-USB Carrier settings? I
would think that the Tx settings should be set the same as the Rx settings.

The mike element I use is a HEIL HC-4. What settings should I use for the
Processor in LSB and USB ?
