Hello Hart,

I have both and would advice the Mark V. It is more solid, it has better
ergonomics, it has more natural and analoge audio, I love (especially Inrad)
IF-filters, it has 200 Watt, it has class A (I use this feature with the
linear, RTTY and PSK31) and it has a sub receiver.

When you want HF+6 meters, a well featured display, a band scope and a lot
of DSP-filters, then the 756ProII would be a good choice.

Please read my review of both on:

http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/850?page=3

I use the ProII for 6 and as second receiver.

73,
Hans Remeeus.
