[1000mp] AF out sidetone

With my Mark V, the AF OUT jack puts the 'monitor' on
the sub-channel of the jack while the RX audio is on
the primary channel. Since I run SO2R, the R record
channel is rig R and the L ch is rig L (recording in
stereo) so I miss the monitor. I suppose making a
simple resistor-summer will mix them onto one channel.
