Further -

Rig will be picked up by Yaesu UK tomorrow �15 pickup and again delivery
(cannot complain at that).

�40 an hour for the technical side ... hope it is an easy one.

For UK members on this list, Castle Electronics are not doing door to door
collection at present, they have had problems with damage and "items go
missing". They recommend you use a local (to you) courier service but warn
insurance could almost be as much as the delivery at approx �25 each way.

Moral of the story, keep your rig wrapped up in cotton wool or move next
door to any Yaesu repair centre.

I will post the details once the rig has returned, then I will have to
contact CQWW contest comittee and get them to restart the cw contest  lol
