Thanks for that quick response! I neglected to mention that in all tests
conducted with the MarkV as well as my 2 Kenwood's, the Auto Tuner was in
the Bypass mode and the readings that I am getting are supposedly raw
readings.
Hope that clarifies things. Now you understand why I am puzzled by this
inconsistency. I also must mention that I live within 1.5 miles of 2 major
TV broadcast towers which, I am informed, may affect certain types of SWR
meters and small handheld analyzers like the MFJ-259B. Any idea what may be
going on here?
