[1000mp] DVS-2 Audio

[ARS NZ3O (Byron) FM29fx]

Hello, Phil.  The soundcard in my bargain computer
doesn't seem to function well enough to use it
effectively, although it looks like I'm going to take a
second shot at figuring that out before the ARRL DX.
