[1000mp] " Hello,eager to see you" messages

1000MP list,

I wish to assure everyone that the "Hello, eager to see you" message and
similar ones supposedly sent from my computer do NOT originate from here. I
have received several of these messages in the last few weeks and follow-up
messages from well-meaning subscribers wanting to inform me of the problem
and/or help me irradicate it.

I DO have Norton 2002 AV software with the latest updates and numerous scans
of my system the past few weeks have always turned up clean. Norton AV has
intercepted and quarantined a number of these viruses lately.....I feel the
messages posted to the reflector using my call and address are the work of a
virus taking this info from someone else's address book.

Sorry for the bandwidth....now back to 1000MP and Mark V info!!
