[1000mp] MP Relay/Receive Problem

I guess I whould have been more specific about the antenna tuner. Of course,
I have tried it out a few times to see how it worked. But I usually use an
amplifier, with an external high  power ATU for those bands that require it.
So the internal ATU is not germane to my operation and is therefore "never"
used.
