[1000mp] INRAD Front End Mod and Menu 9-1

Hello 1000 MP users,

just installed the inrad mod and a few new filters into my MP. Have to say 
that it is a pleasure to listen to the 250 Hz CW filters. Had no chance to 
try the 1.8 on SSB due to "uncrowded" bands hi.

But I have a question reg. the setting of menu 9-1 when you installed the 
front end mod. Mine was originally set to 12. Normally I am using the 
"flat" preamp. I now turned it back to 11 and the receiver sounds "active".

What were your original settings? Which setting are you using with the 
Inrad mod now?

I now that this topic had been on the reflector a zillion times but I only 
found a few messages concerning this topic in my archive here. I read that 
some people even set it to 9.
