I don't know if my settings are the best for Dx, but I get lots of 
compliments!

Bottom of MD-100ABX Mic on Thru
Menu 4-4 (tr - EDSP) on 3
Menu 5-9 (t - fil) on 6.0
Menu 7-7 (SSb-t) on 100 - 3100

And that is it.
