[1000mp] Yaesu office situation

For the last 24 hours, when I attempt to call Yaesu to get a status report 
on my Mark 5, I get a telco recording that says the number is either 
disconnected or out of service.  E-mail to them yesterday also went 
unanswered.  Is there anyone on this reflector in the LA area who has any 
insight into what is going on?  Just a badly-managed phone number change?
