[1000mp] Internal Keyer

My internal keyer worked great for quite some time.  It was a convenient way
to send my call and a quick rprt when something showed up on packet.  Now it
is just a piece of crap.  It does not like being programmed and it often
will send jibberish as to what is programmed.  I think it stutters.  I do
use the computer for contesting and now for everyday stuff.  I even retired
the paddles since I no longer need them to program the MP's keyer.  "Datsa
right, Luige, just pusha da button"
