[1000mp] RASCAL and 1000MP

I use the Rascal with my MP but did have to eliminate the opto coupler in 
the Rascal. I replaced it with a 2n2222. The MP wants to see Zero volts on 
the PTT line and with the opto coupler the voltage only drops to about .5 
volts.

Works fine with RTTY & PSK.

I feed audio to/from the MP via the PKT jack. Nothing special here, just 
make sure you have the correct pin out. Early MP's had a mis print in the 
manual regarding the PK jack..
