I know this is off topic and I'll keep quiet after this one more post
but the question is burning my brain for an answer.
What are the qualifications needed to be a OO? Can just anyone be an
OO? If thats the case this may be a bit scarry situation especially
if one person does not approve of anothers mode or operation even
though it's perfectly legal.
Ok, thats it for me, I'll shut up now and enjoy the holiday.
Everyone else do the same.
