These are the mods I have from the factory.  These are all available 
from Yaesu and really only effect early units (circa 1994-95-96) I do 
not have any factory mods after that time. I included the File number 
from Yaesu if you want to request them directly from Yaesu.

TB-9607 early units would put out full power in SSB with the compressor 
on no matter what level you set for RF (ie 100 watts all the time even 
if you set it for 50 out) a problem in driving amps! Only when using the 
compressor.

TB-9643 IMD problem fix-requires a bunch of parts

TB-9696A antenna won't tune on 15. This seems to refer to using the 
internal antenna tuner but my unit does show decreased power sometimes 
as if RF is getting into it-EVEN when not using the tuner (which I 
rarely do). I need to do this one-I think

TB-9711 1.8 Mhz spurious problem to "improve cross spurious problem on 
1.8Mhz" ???

Tb-9623 Keyer Iambic 2 having problem -improve circuit performance

TB-9617-improve gain with plug in Heil headphone. increases AF gain-I 
checked this when I first got my radio and the components were already 
there.

The letter I have from them is dated March 10,1997 so they may have 
others available now. If someone wants to post these and others on their 
web page I'll send them -there are about 15 pages in all plus diagrams.
