This raises an interesting question.  Kenwood used to issue a rolling 
series of change notices detailing production changes as they 
occurred.  This was very helpful in helping people decide whether to send 
their radios back for updating, or whether a given radio was a good used 
deal or not so good, depending on serial numbers.  It would also help Yaesu 
persuade us that they are listening to customers' problems in the field.

Does Yaesu have such a publication?  Is it internal only?
