The "15m" is to improve the grounding ... solved some
problems with early MPs that would get RF back into
the rig ... (cure is adding double sided copper tape ...)

The "Tx Power adjust" is to make the RF control be an
true RF control on SSB, early versions were a bit weird
as to adjusting the drive. (cure is to cut a trace and add
a jumper)
