[1000mp] MKV QSK Relay

I'm not sure I understand your problem correctly but you seem to be 
describing symptons  I had with about the same equipment you have. I 
have a 1000MP however, driving an Alpha 87A.

In my case after I had been using the equipment for some months, I 
noticed that a strong signal in the rcvr would drop as much as 6/7 S 
units when I turned on the 87A - wouldn't disappear unless it was 
weak but would drop off. The amplifier only had to have filaments 
'on' to produce this.

  I sent it back to Alpha and they replaced a diode which was deep 
inside someplace. I checked all the diodes I could reach without 
actually taking boards out and the three I could reach were ok.
