I went with the Top Ten decoder AND relay box. It worked flawlessly in a
very rigorous application (a full multi band scanning MBO using for digital
traffic handling). This application has band changes about once a minute 24
hours a day.
It did appear to be a bit prone to lightning/static, as I came home one day
to find the diode matrix fried and possibly other components - with no other
damage in a shack full of computers. Since I had by then tired of devoting
all my equipment to the MBO and had less of a need for the decoding, I have
yet to get into it to determine what, aside from the diodes, took flak.
