[1000mp] Pream Off ?

Menu 8-4: "Flat" has preamp off, "Tuned" has preamp on. The preamp is used
on the lowest and highest bands, but, on the lowest bands, the gain is
actually decreased. Many of us switch the preamp to "Flat" for 160 and 80.
