[1000mp] Mark V problems

I believe that is the case John, there was definitely a bad batch that was
shipped stateside in the first runs, myself and ZC4DW bought ours "locally"
in Cyprus for a little over $2000 18months ago and they have been superb -
racked up around 60,000 QSO's in all modes including RTTY and SSTV - I/we
only have praise for this radio.
