Third time's the charm?

Now what would happen if the radio WAS NOT under warranty?

> Comment to all,
> I recently had problems with my MK V that required it to be sent to
Vertex. I began this repair process approx. the first week in April. They
had the radio about 25 days and it came back still not working. In fact in
worse shape.
> I then sent it back and this time it was gone about 35 days. When it came
back it was still not working. By this time almost all the boards and CPU
had been replaced.
> I sent it back again. This time they sent me back a new replacement radio.
They took all of my ceramic filters out and reinstalled into the new radio.
This round trip time was 13 days.
> They are also paying for all the 2 day FedEx shipping expense's that I
incurred.
> They were very apologetic and were very sorry for all the inconvenience
that it cause me. The new replacement radio works super!!
