[1000mp] Field vs non-Field

Lou,

I'd be interested to know where you can get those knobs. I have both the
1000MP and the 1000MP Mark V, and one of the more annoying aspects of these
otherwise great rigs are the tiny knobs for CW Speed control and the Power
control. These rigs must have been designed by phone operators!

I was at HRO the other day looking at a MkV Field and noticed one
significant improvement hadn't seen mentioned before.
The CW speed knob was bigger, more like the Sub RX vol control but without
the wing.  I like it!  I think I'll get a
couple of these knobs, one for the CW speed control and one for the power
control on my non-Field.
