[1000mp] USB to Serial Adapters

Folks,

I have used two such adapters (whatever PCCables.Com sells) to control both
my 'MP and a TS 870.  Whereas they worked, they were not without
fault/malfunction.  I found that I could buy a plug 'n play serial port card
for about $30.  It went in without a problem and worked without fault.  If I
had an open slot, I'd get a multi-port serial card before I'd play with USB
to serial adapters.
