Figures, just as I posted it, our IS guys started messing with the system.
It should be okay now at either:

http://www.arrl.org/members-only/prodrev/pdf/lab/mark-v-field.pdf
http://www.arrl.org/~ehare/temp/Mark_V_Field_etrr.pdf

I put up the latter so some of our overseas participants could see the file.
I figured if HQ staff got on this reflector and talked about it so much, the
least we could do was to make it available to everyone. :-)
