That's true, and ok if you have Internet capability and want to spend the
time downloading the report.

I suspect that a large number of members do not have Internet capability
and would have to order the report via postal mail.  I assume that ARRL
would charge a fee for this service, making those members reluctant to
order the report.

A simple addition to the transmitter specs reported in QST would easily
take care of the problem.  The spec could read, "CW Bandwidth = xx Hz at
-xx dB".  I don't think that would be unreasonable for Ed, W1RFI to ask
of the QST Review Editor.
