Yes, and its really simple too.     Turn your radio off...   Hold in the
FAST  and  LOCK buttons on the main VFO and with them held in, turn the
radio on.    You will now have access to the '9' series of menus..     go to
menu 9-9 and note its current setting (in case you want to change it back)
then rotate the main VFO so that the display reads GEn     there you have
it..  General coverage transmit.......
