I haven't taken my MP to Jacque yet, but I soon will be. Several years ago,
I did have cause to take my TS850 to him (twice- once it broke, once I broke
it), and the radio was fixed right the first time.  Others have also spoken
well of him.

Also, if you live in Massachusetts, you can drive the radio to him, saving
the shipping fee and, more importantly, the shipping aggravation and worry.
