Here is the detailed report Bruce.

The clicks used to go about 2kHz fairly strong, and then cut off 
quickly. Now they go about 300Hz where you might bother people 
a lot, and then drop off fast for another few hundred Hz or more.

I'd say you could get within 500Hz or so of a very weak station and 
not bother anyone. But I'll listen closer.

I think I remember the other call that I heard, I'm pretty sure it was 
AA4V. He had a bad buzzing and clicks, so I'm sure glad it wasn't 
you!
