Writelog, hands down. The only issue with Me, 2000 or XP is that the LPT
port cannot be used for cw (although there is a driver out there that is
being used along with Writelog to activate the LPT port). But its pretty
simple to build a circuit so a Com port can be used to generate CW.
Writelog does a good job of handling most of the popular contests, plus it
will do rtty.
