If the second receiver is OFF (no green LED at all), it is remembered when
the receiver is switched off and then on- the 2nd rcvf is still off.
If the second receiver is ON (steady or blinking green LED), power on then
off results in the sub rcvr being on (green light steady). That's how my MP
works.
