[1000mp] FT1000MP Key Clicks

The first dot has a very fast rise time on all versions of the MP. It's
less than 1 mS. This is caused by the extremely fast acquisition time of
the ALC loop. It may be possible to slow this down a bit, but other effects
will surface if this is done. This first dot is not the major cause of the
key clicks everyone is concerned about. The 1+ mS fall time on the keyed
waveform is what causes the noticable clicks. The various key click mods
slow down the fall time and reduce the clicks. These mods have no effect on
the first dot rise time. The recuurance of this first dot click is a
function of how long the wait period is before the second dot and is not
changed by mox or vox, etc, It has to do with the ALC decay time constant.

This problem is not unique to the MP. The Omni VI+ has a similar problem
with the ALC loop which causes the rise time on every dot to be too fast.
