 the embarrassment by answering off line

There are just too Many Bells and Whistles!!

I found the control on the main tuning dial as you indicated
even talking with the shop that sold me the rig today on the  land 
line
they couldn't tell me where to go ( well they could have told me 
where to go)
but they were nicer than that hi !
The only saving grace in all this is
now I know it's not broke   and  I even  RTFM    dozens of times
and it didn't tell me, HOW OR WHERE  or did it hi!
Wouldn't mind but it's even marked there and I still couldn't find 
it !
Mebbe I shouldn't get rid of my Kenwoods yet
