[1000mp] Concerning my stupidity!

Tom, it seems like I remember a posting some time ago dealing with this.  If
the keyline is closed when powered up, the unit will not key no matter what
happens to the key line after that.  Clearing the keyline and repowering the
MP solves the problem.  I guess your PC had the PTT down?
