[1000mp] No TX

Well, I planned on operating the 10 meter contest.
After 50+ Q's the transmitter quit.

  I was switching antennas and all of a sudden the rig went into
transmit at full power and I could not get it out of that mode without
turning the power off.
  After turning it back on, I could not get the rig ro key. In a moment or two,
it did th esame thing og going into transmit on it's own. I watch the
power and reduced the transmit power manually and at zero watts out,
it was still keyed.
  Turned the rig off again, did a master reset, and still no keying the rig...
key, vox,ptt, foot switch, all nada!
The rig receives normally.
Has anyone seen this phenomenon?
Suggestions? Any good MP repairmen on the east Coast
