Prices on Japanese equipment is likely to decline (or value will be added by
including equipment that was formerly optional in the base price) in dollar
terms over the next year.  The Bank of Japan (Japanese Central Bank) has
suggested that the Yen might be depreciated to 160 to the US dollar over the
coming year compared to the 115-125 range the Yen has been trading against
the dollar over the past year.
