[1000mp] anybody use the MP on 5 MHz?

I'm assuming you can just  open it up for all frequencies and it will work 
on 5Mhz.  The only problem is  that one can then also XMIT outside of the 
regulated Amateur Frequencies, (which is not a good thing, like Martha, and 
illegal, maybe like Martha.)
